The changes are already happening, but will it be enough to meet the current population's demands? It is unknown, at the current rate of growth we can expect the population to grow and grow, this means more demands for fuel, and these fossil fuels are likely to run out at a faster rate as the years go by. The damage is done and the heating oil prices will continue to rise.
